Refund policy
All products are custom-made to order. Due to the nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged / Defective / Wrong Items If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at levoncroft@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue
We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund at our discretion.
Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After 24 hours, production begins and cancellations are not possible.
Refunds If a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
European Union Customers EU customers have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused and in original condition.
